Ruffled Flowers

Every professional florist knows that when it comes designing flowers as a gift, “it’s all about the presentation.” In this video Leanne demonstrates the techniques for creating a dramatic ruffled collar of colored paper for a hand-tied floral bouquet.

A relaxed and unique arrangement of quince, garden roses, proteas, leucospermum, kale, and hydrangea. Texture is added from fatsia leaves, eryngium, feather eucalyptus, grevillea, and lily of the valley.

Bespoke Garden Style Floral Design

When a trend in design becomes as pervasive as this popular design it becomes a style. The Bespoke Garden Style is custom made and one-of-a-kind. The look is wild, extravagant and “just gathered from the garden”. The mechanics are based on armatures allowing a more loosely constructed design with draping foliage and a wider and more exotic range of flowers.
