All of our orders are shipped from our distribution center in
Portland, Oregon, and will arrive within approximately 5 to 7 business days from receipt
of your order. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, and UPS. We will select the
carrier that will get the product to you quickest. We do have second day and next
day delivery available as well. This applies only to orders shipped within the 48
contiguous states. For international orders, or for orders going to Alaska, Hawaii
and Puerto Rico, please call 800-819-8089. Some items cannot be shipped internationally. |

The shipping charges calculated on our checkout page
are an estimate based on a simple formula (for standard ground; $8.50 for the first item
and $1.50 for each additional item) that we have found accurate 95% of the time. If
the actual shipping charges are greater or less than the estimate, we will contact you to
confirm the new charges prior to shipment. We reserve the right to adjust the final
shipping charges and will not ship the product without customer approval. |
